Come learn with the best at Jenkins-Anderson Academy . Sophie is a fully qualified Irish Dance Teacher (T.C.R.G) who has 20 years prior experience as a competitive Irish Dancer. Sophie has traveled the globe dancing and her most precious moment as a dancer was being a World Medal Holder dancer. Sophie is Irish and always sought to open her own school when she left home to come to university here in the North West of Manchester. Our Dance School offers a large variety of dance classes for all skill levels. Our experienced instructors are passionate about helping each dancer achieve their highest potential, while also having as much fun as possible. Have a look at our class schedule below to find the one that best fits your needs.
Kids classes
Boys & Girls age 3+
All our classes welcome both beginners and experienced dancers. Whether it be for fun, fitness, or to become the next World Champion, our classes will be tailored to meet your needs. Â The ethos of our dance school is a fun and friendly environment where we learn not only to dance, but to help each other progress and adapt as we grow.
Adult classes
Get Up & Move
This class is a favourite among our adults! Made up of a mix of those who have danced in the past, those who have never danced a reel and our students who want to give something 'new' a try-we have some good 'craic'! This class is all about fun and fitness, so we really do work hard going through all our techniques, drills and ceili's.
